Who We Are
We are the SASE Committee, an alumnae-driven initiative of the University of Minnesota. (SASE: Softball Alumnae Scholarship & Enhancement)
As Gopher softball alumnae, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation of Gopher athletes.
Our mission is clear and impactful: to support current Gopher softball players by raising Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities and/OR Booster funding that acknowledges their hard work, commitment, and excellence both on and off the field.
As former players ourselves, we know the grind, the sacrifice, and the pride that comes with wearing the maroon and gold. Now, we’re channeling that same spirit into building a strong network of support that ensures today’s athletes have the resources, visibility, and opportunities they deserve.
Together, we honor the tradition, fuel the present, and invest in the future of Gopher Softball.

How will the funds be used?
Funds may support:
-Sponsored content & promotional appearances by players
– Community events and athlete-led initiatives
– Stipends for media, branding, and outreach work
– Other promotional opportunities in full compliance with NCAA and University guidelines. Note: This is not a “salary.” All Sponsorships will follow University and NCAA guidelines.
